Gerard the Miracle. Probably one of the most OP Regen healings I've seen way before Andy from Undead Unluck. You hurt this guy or kill him he heals and comes back stronger in proportion to the damage dealt. Even if you cut a limb off that limb will grow back stronger. In terms of raw power. I think he's right below Lillie Barro. Correct me if I'm wrong.
