If she's not it would be really weird and unexplained since Chase made her human and doesn't seem to have any intentions of turning her back into a ghost. I mean, she doesn't have her powers so she's not really a threat anymore so there would be no need for her to be a ghost in the new series. But from the character art I've seen she seems to be in ghost form which is a little sad.
