There is so much pressure to breastfeed. I breastfed for 6 months and my mental health really suffered! Baby wasn't sleeping, i could never have a break and gave it up when she turned 6.5 months. The first time i went out to buy formula the lady on the till said " you not breastfeeding at all?". The FIRST time. I felt quite upset when i stopped too due to the pressure from other mums and felt like a failure. Fed is best, my baby has continued thriving on formula ❤

Broth sounds so scary. I had to have c sec w my 1st & even though it was planned it was still v traumatic. Was horrible!had a vbac w my 2nd and was very healing experience even though it was far from perfect ❤

Fed is best, I bottle fed my daughter (11years ago) I’m currently expressing for my son. I don’t have the confidence to get my nipples out whilst out and about so got the best of both worlds expressing. I have been judged by breast feeding mums when I get the bottle out.. no way should any one judge any parent. A fed baby is happy. Fact.
