Amy Dickson - Tarik O'Regan: "Machine"

For this week’s instalment of my Covid-19 Solo Sessions Project, Tarik O’Regan has written a short solo work called “Machine”. The material in this piece comes from a larger concerto, which was to have been premiered last week at the Presteigne Festival. It will now be premiered in 2022. For now, I hope you enjoy listening to Tarik share his experience of lockdown, and talk about this piece, followed by my performance of this version for solo saxophone.
