When I was like 11 or 12, my grandma used to played this song while we were driving, and I kept asking her to put it on again. She ended up gifting me the CD, and my brother and I would pretend that we were in a band that was playing at a concert. Now I'm 19, and I am still in love with her music. Love this song..Used to play it to my 2 year old granddaughter when I took her back home in the car and every time the song finished she’d shout “again”, so had 1.5 hours of listening to Amy’s music. All good though. Granddaughter is now 14 and still loves these songs..

I love this song. You are amazing, Amy. When you started singing it here I burst into tears. Your song was one of my favorites when I was living in Australia. I had a young friend there and I taught him how to drive. One time he said something like: "This must be your favourite song, because I hear it often when we drive around." I always sang along when "This is the life" was playing. Few years ago he crashed and died. He was only in his early 30s. This song reminds me of him. Always. This is the life.
