I have similar struggles with getting my driver's license. I tried when I was 16, sadly gave up due to fear. Then started trying again in my 20's. I have spent hours and hours practicing but still failed the driver's test 2 times within the last 6 months. As my permit expires again I have to go renew my permit again. I cried every time one of my younger cousins got their driver's license and they passed the driving test on the first try. I feel like I'm so behind in life since I don't have one and I really really want one.

Sarah Schneider hi Sarah. I can totally relate. I got my permit on my 16th birthday. I went to take my test 7 months later. I failed and was so upset. I hid it from my entire family and friends because I was just so embarrassed. I retook the test 3 months later and failed again. I waited 4 months and retook it to fail a third time. I was completely devastated, embarrassed, and sad. I went back in July 2019 and told my self if I fail I’ll never go back, but luckily I passed. I was so excited, because it had taken me nearly a year and a half. My mom rewarded me by letting me buy my own car.

@@maryamkabal579 Maybe I should try that if I fail I will never go back and then actually pass. People tell you to go in with a positive mindset like say I know I will pass but I did that 2 times and it didn't work for me.

Don’t feel bad amy, it took me about 2 years to get my liscence too, because I was too scared to drive and then finally got it at like 18 or 19 years old 😂
