Both are beautiful, but I think they are similar enough on the eye that if you are not a collector, or if you are budget conscious, you can just get one, in which case for a similar price you get more matte choices with the ER palette, and the pops of warmth. In my view the ER palette leans kind of dusty sea greenish overall, not pinkish bluish like the Adept one, so it just depends on your preferences. Love them both ❤❤❤❤

I think on the eyes it depends there’s some looks you could do that are the “same” but also many that would be completely different. But that’s why I still shared if I had to recommend one to you which one for different people at the end ☺️

As someone that owns both and is very cool-toned; I definitely prefer Adept x Amy Loves! Cold Moon is beautiful but almost every shimmer has a very warm reflex that I didn’t care for. I wanted cool pinks, blues, etc. and instead my eyes were green and yellow 90% of the day. I still enjoy the palette and it’s very fun! But don’t expect cool-toned neutrals from it imo

I own and love both ! I feel they are both cool toned and ethereal but different. The textures in ER really change a look from day to disco. I wear your palette for softer, less chunky looks. And your shimmer choices stay more with the cooler theme. I have often done looks using both . And side note i can use all the Adept mattes, some of the ER ones I haven't worn yet because they might look too ashy. So, it depends on skin tone and preferences. I'm glad I have both because I love cool tones. ❄️

Omg I did this and ended up going with Cold Moon. Received it and it’s gorgeous. Then I watched some videos and Amy’s palette kept showing up….of course I caved and ordered it. It’s on the way, I couldn’t help it!

I think if you have/want a more minimal palette collection, you'd be fine with one... but I bought both and I love both. 😂 Minimal what??? 😂 They are just different enough for me to justify it in my head. Both of those and Cooltrals are my 3 favorite cool toned neutral-ish palettes.

I understand I just didn’t want to have a shade that would go unused for a lot of people. Sometimes I go in with my face powder for the mattes to be softer or I’ll use my contour/bronzer shade as a transition to mix it up.

Both palettes are beautiful! I own Amy Loves but not Cold Moon. I love the variety of textures and depths with the Amy Loves shimmers. Caramel and Floral are go-to lid shades for me. You really did that, Amy! 🫶🥂

Cold moon is my favourite all-time cool tone palettes because it doesn’t have any blue. I don’t like the three boring metallics that you pointed to in the right hand corner, forbidding, wolf moon, and kallikantzaros. I still think it’s worth getting though as it is so good for making every day I looks.

I have both palettes and these are gorgeous but think that Amy love could be improved. Overall quality of Ensley Reign Cold Moon mattes and shimmers are better and easier to blend. I like both but the mattes on the Amy loves palette are very patchy on me. I think that they should improve the quality because it’s a very expensive palette.

I’m sorry to hear that. I feel like they blend amazing. I do always use an eyeshadow primer. Have you tried setting your eyelid before going in with the eyeshadow? That can help also.

Oh no, I have just learnt that Einsley uses AI for theircover art (and if you charge EUR 80 for a palette you better do be paying artists) plus that they may be transphobic... so no more Einsley for me... which my wallet is happy about.

There are too many in the ER palette. Id agree with that. They shouldve had a bit more variety.
