AMYET S8 E-Bike Speed Test & Range Test

I just got one of these the other day and I was blown away by how nice it is and how powerful and fast it is. This thing really pulls hard in dual motor mode. I don't live down in the hill country like you do (Dallas area here), so I have a lot of flat roads to ride on here and it reaches a true 37mph with no headwind, and I weigh about 180lbs. This bike is so cool, I'm loving this thing!

Left pedal is backwards thread My LCD arrived cracked so I'm dealing with trying to reprogram to get it to work with be screen.. I'm not a fan of the brakes at this speed lol.. also tires were not inflated and seem to be out of round

Great video. I read somewhere that when one uses their phones for GPS speed, even in vehicles, driving in a completely straight line is the most accurate as GPS doesn't handle slight curves or up and down hills as accurately. Have you noticed that in your testing?

I have the s6 version of this. It shakes horribly while accelerating. Does yours do that? What could be the issue?

Deflate your tires, make sure the tires are pressed into the rim all around and even, then inflate. Try that out…

I received my Amyet a few days ago im wondering how many miles can a full charge actually get u it says 70 miles but after looking at this video I'm trying to be more realistic about how far I can go before I would have to turn around and head back home

At full speed you typically get one mile per hour

Yo my friend How do you go back to the default settings

Ok hold the minus and plus button at the same time to get to the settings. After that go to P 1 6 and press and hold only the minus button for 10 seconds. You will see the screen flash and will reset back to default settings. You should have P1-P5 again. Hope that helps ya out.

You can actually make it go to 35 miles per hour if you do a simple trick..... First turn on your bike and turn it off.... Hold on to the left brake for 10 seconds.... Turn the bike back on and hold it for 10 seconds again on the left break... it's a secret but it actually unlocks the max top speed....good luck

Looking at getting this for my first ebike. I'm 6 foot 3 inches though. Seat height listed at only 27 inches, but accommodating for up to 6 foot 5 inches? Anyone taller have this bike? How comfortable is pedaling?

That's pretty accurate. For throttle only that's usually the case. All ebike companies greatly exaggerate their range. They have extra batteries you can buy for really cheap.
