Hey 👋 thx for the great video, i really enjoyed it. l‘imperatrice was presented in 2009 as Part of the anthology collection . There were a total of 9, but the only one That is remaining is the l‘imperatrice. Meanwhile it has lost the „D&G“ and „the 3“ in his name and the Package is Light pink. The new edition retains the main elements of the original composition such as watermelon and cyclamen. But it also has floral accents from damascus Rose 🌹 and peony. I Hope you all Unterstand my english, because i’m from germany.

L'Imperatrice is nice especially layering with other citrus summer scents. It brightens up the citruses. It lasts on the skin nicely! I even layered it with Aura edt and it's so nice! I'm an anti D&G light blue person but you've convinced me to order it.

Light blue sun, so good. I never got so much compliments for a scent. But the longevity.... extremely poor. I was like swimming in the perfume bottle literally and it’d only last hardly 10 minutes or so. Even if I’m exaggerating, or been kinda nose blind or sth, i asked my mom several times if she could pick it up. But no ladies, never she said yes😅 but Light Blue original and all the flankers i guess, i will never ever get bored of wearing. Still love it so much but I won’t buy sun version again

I have some of these fragrances and I'm in love with them... My faves for summer are: Idôle from Lancôme, Olympéa Blossom from Paco Rabanne, Chanel Eau Tendre , Chanel Eau Fraîche, Chanel Coco Mademoiselle edp, Kenzo World from Kenzo and also Citrus Verbena from L'Occitane. On my wish list, I have: Ocean di Gioia( I'd rather get this one than Light Blue), Light Blue sun, LVEB Soleil Cristal. I've tested L'impératrice and I wasn't really impressed by its projection and longevity.

Coconut notes are a must for me during summer! The most recent fragrance I bought a coconut notes is Solar Bloom by Clean reserve it smells so good like a clean hotel lobby somewhere in an exotic country 🤤 you smell mandarin more in the opening and coconut water more in the dry down

I smelled the warm cotton and immediately put that one back, it was way too much lean laundry smell for me. I owned skin before but had to declutter it because it only lasted about 5 minutes on my skin and it would disappear 🤷🏻‍♀️🥴

Loved your video! I just got Armani Terra Di Gioia with the orange cap. It's uplifting and fresh like an orange Crush soft drink. I layer it with Armani SI for more longevity and it pops even more! I want to get Nina Ricci Chant l'Extase too. The KKW Body 2 does very little on my skin. It's almost no scent but I love the bottle, so am gonna keep using it!

I can’t wait for you to give us your comparison of the original and the 3 L’Imperatrice when it arrives. 💕 Also I know you’re on a budget BUUUUUT when you’re ready for a clean soapy scent that lasts but doesn’t make you feel nauseous try Bvlgari Omnia Paraiba. It’s in a turquoise blue box and the bottle cap is turquoise too. It doesn’t matter if it’s in the hottest part of the day or 4-5pm time when you feel it’s time for a shower, but are far from home- spray this on and you’re CLEAN! I’ve worn this right after a 6 mile hike when I had to go get groceries at the store and didn’t want to offend anyone. Ive also found myself on days when I forgot to wear deodorant- I would wash my armpits in a bathroom and sprayed this on my armpit area and no one will be the wiser. I’m good for the day. I tutor privately and one of my students have told me they miss me over the weekends and when she saw me she said “AHHH there’s that nice smell again!” Because of the pandemic we had to social distance but she said that my perfume made her feel like I was giving her a hug when I wore it. 🤗

Hi! Thanks for watching! I would say the Tom Ford body oil smells like the perfume but the lasting power is no where near as long as the actual perfume. I would describe the scent as a floral beachy scent. It’s a little creamy and it’s really nice. I don’t own the perfume at the moment but would like to soon. ❤️

Hey, amy, i am thinking of getting that version of limperatrice, does it smell of strawberry and watermelon? Fragrantica says it doesnt have a rhubarb note. I happen to have the original version and been searching for reviews here in youtube. You are the first one i found that got this limited edition bottle.

Hi! I am still confused with this fragrance. I had a few people tell me I have the limited edition one but I don’t get any Rose in mine and I also get a lot of rhubarb. I feel like I can smell the notes that are listed for the original one. I went ahead and ordered one with the 3 so I can compare them and see if there is a difference. Someone else told me they just took the 3 out but it’s still the original. 🤷🏻‍♀️😩

@@graysarbis Mine came in a light pink box so I think it’s the original one. I’m getting comments telling me that they took the 3 out in newer packaging. 🤷🏻‍♀️🥴

Turquatic is the ONLY perfume I have ever repurchased. Normally, once I finish a perfume, I am tired of it, so I don't buy it again. Not MAC Turquatic though, I don't know what it is, I find it easy to wear, yet so so so sexy.

Which one has good longevity 6-8hours on skin or does summer time fragrances do that? If you don’t have one in your collection in this video can you recommend one and also one gives the omg 😱 you smell amazing walking past them fragrances....sorry I hope this all makes sense 😩☺️

Try L'imperatrice 3, it lasts all day, especially on clothing

I would say the Narciso Rodríguez Ambree has really good lasting power and leaves that trail behind. I also would recommend Girl of Now shine which has a pineapple note.. that one is super long lasting and also the soleil cristal is long lasting and leaves a nice scent trail as well. 🥰
