When I was in Rome Italy the entire size of the stores were smaller than the cheese isles we have in Wisconsin stores. And when I say cheese I don’t mean other dairy‘s as well, just cheese, everyone needs 80 different varieties of provolone. Right? 😝 I actually think people like smaller stores like Aldie and Trader Joe’s because they are so tiny. Two “good” options not 80 you have to figure out. That said I like to eat healthy, and I like to spend as little as possible, so our giant Woodmans stores actually do have the best values outside of only buying on sale at cost-co. I do however feel very blessed to live in a city with several options, so not only do our stores have options, we have options for stores and even options to buy from farms if we rather.

Mexican casserole. 2 pounds ground beef, 2cans of corn, 2 packets of taco seasoning, I can crushed tomatoes, cheddar cheese and 2 boxes of corn bread mix. Cook beef until done season to taste. Add corn, tomatoes and taco seasoning and mix. Pour into casserole dish, top with cheese. Prepare corn bread per directions on box and spread over cheese. Bake at 350 till corn bread is done. It's all about wiggling it in! I once wanted to have a really big grocery haul because I knew it would save me time and money - gas consumption counts BIG. So we ate beans and rice, pb& js, and some frozen vegetables for a looooong time just so I could save up the money to do a big grocery haul. We ate better and spent wiser too. It's sort of like how some people pay insurance once instead of paying it a little every month. It's cheaper to just pay it the one time. I know if I really want to accomplish something, I will find a way to make it happen to save money. It's all about where you can find the wiggle room at to make it happen.

How vcome y'all don't bag your groceries? That would drive me crazy bringing it all n the house.
@brilynnalexander10435 жыл бұрын
At Aldi they don't bag the groceries to keep costs down, you either have to bring your own bags or boxes.
@dejonlegaux66075 жыл бұрын
No bags at sams ☹ but theyll let you have boxes if they have some
@belindaroberts30905 жыл бұрын
I would bring those cloth bags with me

OMG, yes I’m one of those people. I raised two kids gown now , I nearly did not make it lol . How do you do TEN wow. I had hives as the video counted. These are extra ordinary parents, I would have been in a rehab house for the insane. Ten kids , ten different personalities and cats snd dogs? Mad respect

I love to pour a bag of candy corn and some salted peanuts in a bowl and eat while I'm watching tv at night....tastes exactly like a Payday candy bar....yummo!!

Goodness! That would wear me out shopping for all of that! I like that your family is real. Too many on KZbin only buy organic or make everything from scratch. Sometimes you just have to buy Fruit Loops and pizza rolls.

Making anything from scratch is the absolute best! Consuming processed foods are the worst thing you can feed to your family. Don't you read?

Exactly like Costco in the business model, but not close to Costco when it comes to quality and how they treat their employees. Sams Club is owned by Walmart.
