In regarding to you lovely twins , Maybe try to take them to a baby club it is lovely for them and yourself because there’s more mum around too, have you tried a sleeping baby music relaxing songs , a nice bubble bath tend to help too , but maybe individual so they can enjoy separately. Calm baby oils/bedtime creams . I have a 11years old and he was fine during the night .muah ❤
