I imagine his insane ki recovery is a reference to his “my life is rising! It’s overflowing!” Quote. So what if his unique gauge charges when he is in full ki. Something like 10 overflowed ki charges 1%. I think that would be really cool. It’s like the ki charge gauge but he can charge it with ki gaining abilities and getting hit but can’t charge during a combo.

Kit wise is much more balanced then our earlier ultra's. Animation wise i am confused what it is about these characters that takes about 6 months. His blast animation was recycled and most new sparkings have new strike animations anyway. The Ults arent really that impressive but ig its all subjective. Gl to anyone who wants him.
