So it is prescribed to write the blessing in full so as to fulfill the command that Allaah has given to us, and so that the reader will remember to say the blessing when he reads it. So we should not write the blessing on the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) in short form such as writing (S) or (SAWS) etc, or other forms that some writers use, because that is going against the command of Allaah in His Book, where He says (interpretation of the meaning): “Send your Salaah on (ask Allaah to bless) him (Muhammad), and (you should) greet (salute) him with the Islamic way of greeting (salutation, i.e. As‑Salaamu ‘Alaykum)” [al-Ahzaab 33:56] And that (writing it in abbreviated form) does not serve that purpose and is devoid of the virtue of writing “salla Allaahu ‘alayhi wa salaam (May Allaah send blessings and peace upon him)” in full. It should also be noted that the symbol used for it is regarded as disapproved by the scholars, who warned against it.

You'd be surprised that in some Muslim countries prayer is so ingrained within them because it was something their parents brought them up upon, even if they prayed without knowing why. It's just routine. And alhamdulilah in this case the person in the story did not want to leave the prayer only due to the fact that it was something that was ingrained inside him due to his upbringing. Yamero Sama Doesnt that depend on if he actualy knew that going to such people affects the salah? It sounds like he did not know. Because some one who knows his salah will not be accpeted would not go to such a person and then go to the lake and argue with a shaytaan about not leaving the salah. I mean if he was so adamant that he would not leave the salah. Why would he knowingly go to a sahir knowing his salah is not accepted. What also makes me think he was ignorant regarding the whole matter is the fact that he started calling upon the shaytaan. This not a small matter and is major shirk. If he knew what he was doing he would know that doung such a thing takes a person out of the fold of islam. A person who knowingly gets involved in magic sacrifices what ever they have to in order attain the help of the shayateen.

Even in the story of when the christian sailors met the dajjal, a description was given, and that is in a hadith. so if a mere man, that i've not heard of and no disrespect to him, may God bless him, has said something, then I think a description would be helpful. Islam describes angles, prophets, sahabas, and so there is nothing wrong with anyone asking for what i asked for. Same like here,even if you know,it does not benefit you.The lesson of hadith you talking about is about Dajjal is already there,you have to be ready with good deeds and knowledge.The description is not something beneficial for you.And Quran is meant to give us lessons in every part of life.Ask the right questions but it have to be something beneficial,it have to lead to the truth.Does the description lead you to the truth even more? no its not. Description is there to give you just an idea.In this case,description of the creature does not benefit you in any sense. Unlike the description of Dajjal,it's there to inform you what Dajjal looks like because he's coming for real. Angel description is there to give you lesson how strong the angel is. Salafis can usually only bring ibn taymiyyah and proof of raqi is from experiance only. No Quran and sunnah, in fact their beliefs and action contradict sunnah. Ibn taymiyyah believed jinn could rape humans. Pathetic. It was from domestic abuse and hence deformed children. Show me one of a half jinn baby today? Despite the world being so much more populated.
