Yes better help is a scam. My friend is an actual therapist and has warned everyone to not use better help. They don't even verify their therapists licenses and they compensate therapists in such a way that forces them to cram as many clients as possible meaning that can't really give anyone the attention they need.

I'd like to say your video is really helpful, but I'll be honest, that's not enough words to describe it. I've been trans my entire life even at a very young age and in the South of the US no less, laterally in the swamps, the worst possible place for it. I've had all kinds of horrific things happen because I am openly trans and because of it I ended up isolating myself to a degree most would say insane. (But my life was literally at risk if I didn't.) and for many years I ended up mute because of it. I eventually got hired at the game Company Relogic (makers of the game Terraria) and they helped me find my voice again but honestly it's been the single most dysphoric thing in my entire life that I just cant ever seem to fix. So many videos explain vocal work but not really in a way that makes sense, or even the small steps to it like you do. A friend linked me to your channel the other day and you have been such a huge help, It's been a joy to finally find someone that explains things well, so really, thank you very much!

Training during lucid dreams is possible and achievable if you have the habit. It's common for you to do movements in your sleep that you're doing in a dream, like for example, if you hold your nose and suck in air throughout the day, multiple times a day, it'll become a habit. Once it's a habit, during a dream you will probably do it as well out of nowhere, and find out you are dreaming. It's pretty cool! I imagine the laryx movement exercise will work just fine during a dream

This video has maybe been more helpful than most of this type of video I have watched. I am wondering why. I have already heard most or all of the pieces of advice you mentioned. A lot of the video is a sketch, that I did not find interesting enough for me to be able to concentrate on it. I hypothesize that the reason this video was still more helpful is that any time the sketch continued, I was given time to think about the advice or let the advice sink in, but the anticipation of the next piece of advice still keeping my thoughts on the right topic. And of course, it hasn't been that influential yet. I the amount of help the video has caused will probably accumulate over some period of time.

A personal favorite drink of mine is a homemade isotonic, combine 1 cup of water with 1 cup of (1tbsp lime 1tbsp lemon, rest orange juice) add 5 shakes of salt drizzle honey in for 5 seconds and then shake the container really hard (results vary between containers. Maybe use one with a lid.) Fantastic to have as a little refresher drink in the middle of a work day on lunch, or maybe after a workout.

Your the better better help he he. What I'm doing for training is dressing up getting my gender euphoria in and lay down no my bed and work on my pitch, sharpness, vowels, R's, then speak words then sentences. I repeat that a few times making adjustments before passing out. Also at work I rising my voice up to sound more like a kid instead of trying to sound feminine to avoid embarrassment and voice strain.
