An Afternoon of Railfanning Caltrain EMU Test Trains at Santa Clara Station

On the weekend of June 8th and June 9th, 2024, Caltrain had spent 2 full days running test trains on the peninsula corridor! On June 9th, 2024, I went out to Santa Clara to catch some of the test trains and I am happy to say I got quite a handful of them! Enjoy 7 minutes of nothing but Caltrain EMU Action as they test up and down the line in preparation to enter service in late September!

Now Caltrain need to train the fire department on these new trains for emergency services like someone under the train a collision with a vehicle or another train
