This shit sucks. With everyone using ai to apply to jobs, jobs are just filled with hundreds and even thousands of junk ai applications and it just makes it hard for qualified people to actually stand out. It’s bad for everyone, the HR managers looking for qualified people, the user who has to send more applications than ever
