An Album of Christmas Carols - Blackwood Brothers (December 1947)

This is my first time hearing these recordings, they are priceless! In 1947 they were in Iowa and probably had Roy Blackwood at 1st tenor and Don Smith at bass. Between 1949 and 1952 they had Roy, Calvin Newton, Cat Freeman, Alden Toney, Dan Huskey and Bill Shaw at high tenor. Don Smith was replaced by Bill Lyles in 1951.
