Your houseplants are all so pretty, I’d love to see a video about how you look after them and your favourites! I have never heard of Koji before - what does it taste like? I’ve been trying to eat more pickled foods recently, my favourite is beetroot in vinegar. I hope to grow some myself this year :)

Thank you for your warm comment! That’s a nice idea, we haven’t take a video about our favorite greens. Koji is used to make Japanese fermented seasonings such as soy sauce and mirin. Adding koji adds a slight sweetness and flavor. That’s why dishes using salt koji or soy sauce koji have a more complex flavor and taste more delicious than just adding salt or soy sauce😋 I love pickled food too! Your pickled beetroot sounds delicious🤤
