AN ANALYSIS OF TUA TAGOVAILOA'S HEAD INJURY

In today's video, I analyze and go in depth about Tua Tagovailoa's injury, more specifically his head injury and concussion. I talk about Tua's initial injury against the Bills and how it could have possibly affected his injury and concussion against the Bengals. Although, I am a Certified Athletic Trainer, this video is meant for entertainment purposes only, and I am just stating my opinions based on my knowledge. I am not diagnosing, giving medical advice, or making any statement on behalf of anybody.

As someone who has 6 concussions and a fractured spine, I can assure you that initial hit was not a back injury. I know a few things as well for instance when you get hit in the head two times in a short span it is referred to as second impact syndrome. Meaning the second time around will be much worse (which everyone watching saw on full display vs Cincy). Second there are many things you should not do after receiving a concussion: 1. Go back into the game (returned vs Bills) 2. Play in another game before going through an extensive concussion protocol (played 4 days later) 3. Fly on an airplane experiencing rapid changes in pressure (flew home with team after Bengals game) There are two other things which is avoiding flashes and lights from a TV and going to sleep. These are unconfirmable but still. The NFL needs to get it together for the sake of the players. I can’t wait to see this lawsuit

Why is nobody holding the defensive player that aggressively to the point of ridiculousness threw him down purposely to try to cause an injury that’s my problem with the NFL just because you can tackle somebody doesn’t mean you have to make it as violent as possible The big hit culture needs to stop rugby tackling and sportsmanship need to be highlighted player bonuses financial incentives need to be put in place if a player has the opportunity to put a big hit on a player and doesn’t That should be rewarded

I think if he was my son, and I saw that on Live TV, I would advise him to retire and sue for Hundreds and Hundreds of millions for this travesty. It was 100% clear he had a head injury in the last game, so, not only would anyone involved in letting him play this game, but also anyone involved that let him come back out in the last game, should be fired and stripped of any medical licenses immediately. If he dies, then possible murder charges. They Were undefeated, was put in for selfish reasons all coming down to money and winning a SB. The owner of the team also has a responsibility to get involved here, but they all (Coaches/Senior Mgt/owner) hid behind the doctors, they all played a part in the "back injury" fake news, so ya, many should be in allot of trouble here even if he pulls through.

No, he should have not been allowed to play vs Bills or Bengals. Also, this is the best analysis of the falls that Tua had. I wish that this sort of thing can be taken out of the game.
