Bless you sweet pea 🥺💗 I know your anxiety has been so hard lately and the last thing we’d ever want you to think is that we’d ever be upset or mad that you have to put your mental health first. Friend to friend, if we were ever upset by anything we would be 100% honest and come to you to let you know. Nothing you did or said made us feel bad in any way and we thought you were so very brave tackling your anxiety in the way that you did! But as we said - baby steps... it’s important not to push yourself too hard too fast, and I know you’d planned to come down alone and spend a week or so here, but you’re not bad in any way for needing to bring Casey and having to shorten your stay! Maybe next time you could both come down again and stay a couple of days longer to help you build up your confidence again 😊 it’s been a very long time since you’ve left your creature comforts and that can be so scary in itself. Your happy is our happy 💗 whatever that looks like for you! If you need Casey, bring Casey, if you need to bring the cat... I say bring the cat but I’m not sure Iris would tolerate that as she secretly rules the roost 😂🙈💗 do whatever you need to do and put your trust in us that if something happened we didn’t appreciate, that we’d come and tell you. But we are SO proud that you managed to stay another day when you felt a little better 🥰 and as said, maybe next time it’ll be a little bit longer again and that would be lovely too! Rest up sweets xx your anxiety was a big one this time around and you did so well to sit with it and manage it for a few days xxx be gentle with yourselves 🥰💗✨

I've cried more and had more panic attacks in this last month than I ever have in my whole life. It's really messing up my ability to work and just exist as a human being. We can get through this Bo. You're such a strong person and you inspire me to be strong too

You're going to be fine no matter what you choose. You're having very normal social anxiety considering we weren't allowed to get within 6 feet of people the last year!! Whatever you decide to do will be ok.

Theres not a whole lot in Exeter but youre simultaneously close to Bristol and the south west like plymouth, Dartmoor and Cornwall! Id reccomend travelling out to see ehat there is! There are hundreds of small tourist attractions to show off the uk down here 😊
