you want only to reduce k intake when blood level is between 6 and 6.5 if No ECG change ? you think this is enough when reading of k is above 6 ?? you definitely have to use insulin when k level above 6, with or without ECG changes, and where did you forgot kayaxalate !! review guidelines and correct your video please, to keep audience trust in you

adrenal hyperplasia increases the production of aldosterone, it's not a cause of hiperkalemia, it's a cause of hipokalemia
