This summer we are visiting my parents in Ontario, and of course we had an Argentine barbecue to eat. My father is from Argentina and he loves to grill during the summer months, so in this video we are on the patio preparing a delicious barbecue, playing with the dog, and enjoying a beautiful summer day. We show you the whole barbecue experience, which includes preparing the roast, grilling the meats, sitting down and eating together. There are three important things when it comes to an Argentine barbecue. Family and friends, great food and red wine that flows non-stop.
