For the reflection, you could invest in a polarizer filter for your lens. Pretty inexpensive depending on the brand. Great vid!

I love the new tank setup. as for lighting maybe get one of those gold picture lights for paintings. it could hang on the wall and i think it would fit the shape of the tank pretty good and it would look smooth as hell
