As an American, the lower caliber resistance thing is a common misconception. We're actually resistant to higher calibers, like .50 BMG. We need the armor for the smaller ones like .22 or 9mm.

@@cripple8339 look up a 9mm vs a 5.56mm, infact you don't even need to, its in the name, The 9mm is NINE millimeters, whereas the 5.56mm is 5.56 millimeters, the 9mm will hit way fucking harder at under 50 meters where it has little to no velocity or jules loss, whereas, the 5.56mm round has much more penetration capability, so in stead of hitting you and spreading, its much more likey to just go all the way through.

Hey, just for the record, I understand that this was made for laughs, and so were most of the mistakes, but I'd like to take this moment to say a little bit about actual gun safety. Basically, don't do anything Reekid did here. Don't aim guns at yourself, especially not when it's loaded, don't try to flick a shotgun closed, always keep the safety on unless you're about to fire, keep the weapon pointed downrange at all times, and do not aim it at anything that you do not wish to be obliterated. Hopefully that was helpful to someone. By the way, VR games like H3VR here are actually really helpful for gun safety. You can try and build good habits in VR before going to an actual range.

as an american yes we do build up bullet resistance first right out of the whom we get shot with a .22 LR, when we get older about 5 we get shot with a .380 ACP so we are prepared for school, then when we are 10-12 we get shot with a 9mm so we dont get hurt during shootings, now at about 15-18 we start annually geting shot with calibers going up in size: .40 S&W, .45 ACP, 10mm, and 5.7 FN, were almost done, at the age of 20 we get shot with .38 SPL, then at 21 we get shot with a .357 MAG, at 20 we finish with a 5.56/.223. I would say all the other calibers but it would take a long time after the handgun rounds we ussually start taking rifle rounds at the age of 5 and at 30 we take 50 cal and soon enough TANK ROUNDS
