I love this so much! I just came back from visiting the Highlands last month and I already can't wait to go back! Thank you for sharing the magic! I would also LOVE to know about your editing! I love the colouring of your vlog-stunning! Do you use a LUT in DaVinci or are you using a pre-programmed filter in the camera?

Aww Thankyou so so much! 💛 same here! Cannot wait to go back either! Such a magical country. Thankyou for taking the time out of your day to watch my video 🥹 Aww that’s so kind, Thankyou! I use the free DaVinci Resolve and do all my colour grading after filming. The LUT I use is just in DaVinci itself! I shall have a look and put the name of it on here for you! ☺️🤙🏼

So if you go to LUT > film looks > rec 709 Kodak 2383 D60. I believe that’s the one I used in this video 💛

Young couple, you are walking in your ancestors footsteps. Before Scotland was Scotland it was broken up into various Kingdoms. A tribe from Ireland called the Scotti populated the central west coast. This area became part of the Kingdom of Dalriada which was in Ireland and our country to be. When The country was unified it was named after them, Scotland. You having hereditary links to Scotland are very possible.

If you come again, it is almost impossible to trespass anywhere, except areas that can be classed as people privacy areas, like someones even large garden. But for all other land you can access under our 2006 Land Reform Act Scotland. It is short hand known here as the Right to Roam. You can Hike, Cycle, sail or canoe virtually anywhere in Scotland. You can access virtually all private Land and wild camp. There is a thing called the Access code which details your obligations, like not damaging crops. It is an offence under the Act for any Landowner to try and stop you. Anyway, the whole bloody country is virtually empty. If you are coming back find out about this Law.
