Thanks David, like your content so much. The new features are a great step forward, often my clients got confused with the handling of posts and pages!

Great video as always. I really like the ability to use the builder in a themer layout. It would partner perfectly with Jeff Starrs plugin to completely disable Gutenberg but still have a way to make post layouts on the fly, especially if we were able to create a few simple rows for that. A good partner to that would be to lock down a set of modules to a user level. Like editors have module xy and z so they can edit posts but not experiment and destroy things.

Excellent thoughts Paul :-)

About the new headers and footer. Are you saying to remove all the styling completely? I put very light style on for the screenshot. But could keep the screenshot and remove all styles completely. Although, it's sort of useful on the other hand to see the things every user will want to tweak like the sub nav or mobile styling that wouldn't inherit. Any specific advice on that cause I can easily change / discuss with Jamie and Danny.

Brilliant. Many thanks Paul. Yes, I think no styles where possible to be consistent with prebuilt row templates. I'm not keen on it overwriting my global settings. You'll never be able to get this right for all, but perhaps the less prescriptive the better? It would be rare for me to set my h4 footer titles to 16px and my nav links to 13px. Increasingly, I think more will move away from pixels and will want the templates to inherit their unit of choice. Any good?

@@DavidWaumsley yep great, I'll have a quick chat with the team. One or two parts need a bit of style just so it actually works. Just like I mentioned before things like sub nav style etc. But the typography can probably be scrubbed. It might look a bit odd depending on theme settings for typography but probably better that somebody sees that and is then motivated to go add their own style.

@@plmcreative Maybe you could put this out to the BB FB Group or slack channel? It's only my perspective. I have not looked, but I was wondering about styles set that might not be used. So let's say you have colour and typography styles added to the dropdowns/submenus, but your site only has top level navigation is that more CSS generated than needed or was it always there but set to inherit? The template previews are not the best dimensions to show what you are getting and you don't know the mobile menu set up. I wonder if words or diagrams could better describe what layout options you are selecting? Perhaps the new split menu (logo inline) could be added now. Perhaps I am over complicating things!
