we are saved by faith, but we are called to fight the good fight of faith. if we deny him he will also deny us. it may not always be a question of salvation either, as some the scriptures say will be saved although their works are burnt up. but it could be whether we will be his bride or not. not all in the kingdom will be the bride of Messiah i dont think. either way, we should take these exhortations seriously and be zealous for God
