Just wanted to ask you something, as I have worked in startups and they have their design deadlines, then how do I manage to test things because these things take time. Also, how to gather participants easily and in less time for this testing phase.

Thank you!! If it's a tight deadline, you might need to do faster internal testing (like literally gathering together for a quick meeting for feedback). For gathering participants, we usually keep a list of emails for people we can contact and ask them to join a test in return of a amazon gift card 👍
