Hi Aishu , You don’t need to wash the chicken. If you wash it it ends up contaminating your sink and the change in temperature may cause bacteria to grow in your chicken. :) nice recipe:)

It’s not embarrassing my friend, when we live in another country with a whole new cuisine, we must be careful about cooking indian food as they find our Indian food to be too smelly! Especially in a country that’s not much familiar with spices/masalas! Dutch cuisine is mostly bland. I lived in China for a couple of years when I was younger, and I had a lot of difficulty with their horribly smelling food when walking past Food courts. What if someone cooked the same food in India right in your flat? So when you go abroad, respect their culture and don’t make a mess by imposing our food and culture past an extend.
