Inspired by the call of 'Viksit Bharat' by Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, DOPPW has renewed its efforts towards prompt and expeditious redressal of the Central Government Pensioners' grievances through CPENGRAMS Portal.
Accordingly, an educative video on CPENGRAMS portal has been released, showing the process of filing grievances on this portal. Also, success stories of the family pensioners, benefitted from CPENGRAMS portal have also been incorporated.
