We were told that rat's eyes are sign of hunger ,fright just like rat who is always in search of food or is scared ,similarly the boy is suffering from hunger(mainly poverty)or in search of shelter or better life and scared from world outside. Just an extra piece of knowledge!

Hello ma'am, warm greetings of the day. I have a query in the interpretation of the line "Shakespeare's head, Cloudless at dawn, civilised dome riding all cities". I think that these things are describing the same person -"Shakespeare" whose life was contradictory from the lives of those children sitting in the classroom. (METAPHOR) Explanation- Cloudless at dawn signifies lack of social obstacles and problems in the path of success. Civilised dome riding all cities - signifies that Shakespeare, who is bald, has achieved fame and success in the entire world through his talent of writing civilised, mysterious, adventurous novels. Is my interpretation wrong ma'am? Please do tell me.
