An End of an Era My Emotional Reaction to KUWTK Ending

I have enjoyed being on Keeping up with the Kardashians for the past decade and a half. I am giving my entirely unedited emotional response to the announcement that went out last week. I am so grateful for the show being so successful for so many years. Kris, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, Rob, Kendall, and Kylie, we really do have the best home movies. I am sad to see it come to a close, but we really have the best memories one could ask for. Back to more vlogging next week - but I really wanted to give my thoughts on the shows announcement from last week. I am sad and heartbroken but excited for the future!

Yeah, but Kanye is unhappy with his kids being that much on film probably and Kourtney wants to focus on her life in general. People are somehow upset and still wants Tristan to be with Khloe, even though he doesn't want too. Kris has a new man, and basically the show was about Bruce and his family, who ended up being Oj's bff...which was a wild topic alone. So without Bruce, it went down imo. Kylie sold her makeup line and it's no more modeling for now. So Kendall would've had to get married or had a child to make people interested. Rob won't show up. I mean, what else were they to do? However, I wish it wouldn't end. They all took a new path to happiness. Nothing last forever...😔

@@24KinfO I totally agree.. I almost mentioned something about Bruce earlier in a comment. Because when the show first started Bruce ( who was Bruce then) was the ONLY Famous person on the show.. Of course some of us knew Kim's face from being friends w/ Paris Hilton..but most people didn't know that much abt Kim or anyone else other than Bruce. Your right..we always knew the TV show wouldn't be on the air forever😂😂

I watched the Kardashians early on, then I lost my home too sick with Parkinsonism & researching my disease so I stopped watching TV for decades. Yes your fatherly advice was always on par and lucky for us all to watch and have the great advice of a father when lots of us watching didn’t have dads around. I remember when kim Had her first party at her new house and someone spilled wine on her pillow and she was upset and alone upstairs until you came to her rescue and advised her to be more concerned about the memories being made at that party and that material things, houses etc are not homes if not for the memories. Caitlyn, your family is incredibly open and dynamic. I feel sorry for Robert, because he really was the only boy in a house full of bossy sisters, but you and Kris were great parents! There was so much love that shined through it all, and I got to love Chloe! I don't think we would have ever known Chloe if it weren't for the show. KUTWK is a cultural icon and I think it is responsible for advancing American culture through a prudish phase of development where sex and sexuality were still judged negatively. The watching ratings were declining rapidly, and I think it was a good move to announce not to film anymore than to hear that the show was going to cancelled due to low ratings. Hi Sweetheart 😘 I so agree some times it's hard get my Grand kids who I raised to open up. Like monthly or personal stuff. Cause though I'm NaNa but I'm their very best friend. And I'm so proud of them. 17+ years. And soon they will be going on to college and I know it will be really hard on me. The letting go. We been together close together for many years.
