Over all a good solid episode .... Masayukis team showcasing the power of guaranteed crit >D there are 2 beefs I have with it The anime turns Bassons party into complete jokes, going so far as to replace their scenes with Anime only created ones Basson teams serves as a reminder that while they are all "adventurers" only some actually explore the way we think of 'adventurers' there are many parties that do not go snooping into forbidden forests and or ruins - but focus more on Guard and Protec, or hunting/managing monsters around settlements ... which Bassons party is one of, in contrast to Erens group which we meet as they were sent on an investigation missions So in the Labyrinth they do best during fights, its the exploring part they flub ... as they are not geared for or have experience in this area They are never wiped in the dungeon they are to careless, when it comes to exploring but not suicidality so At the end on a lower flor Bnasson gets hit in the eye loosing one ... and while tending to him the Wizard gets headshoted by a Skeletal Archer, which caused to group to get worked up as they still dot truly trust the resurrection bracelet -just as the time runs out appearing in the area only to see the Wizard getting up completely fine - Rimuru even personally thanks them for the info he got from their run and personally gives Basson a potion to fix his eye Generally magic in the anime is done well but they snubbed Icicle Shoot ... Its supposed to be an omnidirectional spell firing 360 around which is why in the manga and novel they are facing an actual bat swarm This is the first spell Rimuru ever used - which he gat after consuming Erens Icicle Lance during the fight with Ifrit ... This is a call back and a show of how Erens group has grown as they could not hold their own against Ifrit from back then Its one of the thing the manga did the best actually

I love that there was a complete mixture of group(s) tackling the dungeons to show it off. lol. Eren's party bribed Ramiris and was calculating. The hero's party did it traditionally. Then you had the Team Lightning one who just winged it. And Gaiye who's just a cocky a-hole who demonstrated that you can be punished lol. I wonder what the finale is gonna be about.

If they are asshole they will introduce the next start of a war/attack and leave us with a cliffhanger for at least a year XD
