Put simply, most Christian churches don’t have any of these characteristics simply because they go against a biblical point of view.

My grandfather was born in Whittier before Begich Towers was built, and lived in the trailer park that was there. He has pictures of when his family would have to tunnel their way out of the house because the snow was so deep. And every morning the military would fire off a howitzer cannon at 7:00 directly next to his trailer. Then walk across the street to school.

Is the pro-con thing about tight communities. You cannot be half way in. Was the same in human communities for centuries if not thousands of years, both cities and villages and nomad societies. "meeting exactly the same people day after day" are you on the move all the time? There are neighbors and colleagues in most arrangements. Especially if you move to a remote place.
