Yet not all mistakes are the same for all humans, his position is a position of power and influence and he used that for his own desires if the allegations are true. Why should he be allowed to go back into this position if this were true. A sin committed by someone in a position of power is that much greater because of this compared o any other person making that mistake., and they shouldn't be allowed to return to that position after. Would you allow your wife or daughter to go see him after this? I certainly wouldn't so why defend him?
