The shocking is the static discharge coming from your sweater that it built up and is discharging to the copper coils in the headphones through to your computers ground/earth, any headphones will do that is close enough to your skin.

Dodger, Those headphones are propably shocking you because of electrostatic discharge. Wearing that sweater can do that to you and the fastest route to ground yourself is through those headphones. You could try grounding yourself by touching for example your pc case, a radiator (since all metallic plumbing are grounded) before using the headphones.

Fun cat fact you may not know (or maybe do IDK) : cats do the head bonk/rub thing with someone/other pets when they accept them as part of the family. They're marking them with the family scent. Typically it's done mainly by the dominant male, but other cats may do it too.

I used to help my mother can when I was a kid, we'd do mostly fruits and vegetables since we'd make our tomato sauce as needed from our own canned tomatoes. A really big hit though was home-made apple sauce and pickle relish. They're super easy to make and so yummy.

Based on my experience on electrics. if your headphones shock you, your computer or office have groundloop problem/s that can lead to something lite a 60V floating potential diffrence betwn your computerchassie (and headphoneframe and menbrane) to say the floor (thru you). if its in the computerm try a diffrent powersupply. if its in the office wallpower use a 1:1 transformer to seperate your setup to a separte groundplane. i have taken apart those headphones and changed leads a couple of times and there is noting that can shock you other then grounding issues. the audisignas are only about 5V. grounding issues are common with built computers in large quantaties. hope you find a soulution.

Hey doogs, you don't have to submerge the jars completely, - if you just fill up a sterilized jug, you can use that to pour into sterilized jars on a wire rack - thats what my family has always done and its worked for years

Tip for eyeliner removal: use a teeny tiny dap of a gentle lotion and massage it around your eyelid. Last step, take a soft cloth and wipe slowly downward (less chance of getting it in your eye.)

Rooibos is pronounced 'Roy-bos'. Its a south african tea. Its literal translation from Afrikaans is Red bush tea. Enjoy 😊 its certainly an acquired taste teehee

I actually prefer rooibos, but it needs to be made correctly, which is why I always rather make it myself. If you let the tea saturate the water and make a strong tea out of it, it will taste like garbage no matter how much sugar you add in it, in that case it is most definitely an acquired taste and I would recommend tossing that shit away and make a new cup. Water needs to be light red and not dark red; absolute worst idea to make a tea pot out of it. If you do it right then all you need is 1-2 teaspoon (depending on taste) of sugar and it is perfect. Also like with coffee, getting the good brands will also help with getting a better taste

Oh strange, I love rooibos and I let it seep for the entire time that I drink it! Imo if you take it out when the water is only slightly red it doesn't taste like anything - and making a pot of it is amazing! Just add a little honey and you've got the perfect mild sweet tea without the bitter taste of normal black tea :)

Eventide I definitely favor tea with a great aroma in general over the taste- my favorite tea with chocolate usually have a strong chocolate smell but a faint aftertaste. And with the chai tea its not super sweet and artificial, its just rich and spicy. There's also a chocolate orange tea I really like, that one smells incredible too.

Dodger: Rooibos is NOT a tea, look it up on Wikipedia. What it is, is a nutty, delicious drink with no caffeine. Rooibos is one of those things that gets a deeper, richer, better flavor the more your steep it. I would recommend boiling a whole pot of water, putting in a bunch of bags and drinking all of it throughout the day. Rooibos tastes wonderful even cold, but you can heat it if your prefer. I have to agree on the chocolate tea: I couldn't imagine it, until someone gifted me some. But then again, I also couldn't imagine chocolate with salt in it, and yet they both work. About reminiscent smells: When I was like 6, I had a few friends, whose homes had a distinct smell. I always thought that was weird, and years later I found out that it was the smell of a laundry detergent. The weird thing is that an apartment isn't supposed to smell of laundry detergent. I still don't know how that was possible. I LOVE SHERLOCK THE KITTY!
