I love that she didn’t shy away from acknowledging The Mummy as a film she is proud of even though the snooty interviewer was implying otherwise. She was wonderful in those movies and she should be proud of having been in them!

They touch on The Mummy at 11:14 mark. I also believe Rachel is very proud of her work in The Mummy

I loved Rachel I’m The Mummy. Her performance was brilliant. I truly believe her when she says it was one of her greatest.

I really like the interviewer. A lot of you don't like her. I really enjoyed listening to the conversation. I think Rachel Weisz also liked her. Why do you think Rachel wanted to give the interviewer a kiss and said that she is lovely...see the last few seconds. This is the only interview that I have seen Rachel kissing and hugging the interviewer. This is a symbol of greatest respect. Thank you so much Rachel Weisz.

I agree. Thank you. I learned so much about the range of films Rachel is in and also more about the directors' other films like Gloria and Ida, which I want to watch.

I think it may be because it doesn't feel like a conversation - the interviewer is talking so much at Rachel and the audience, putting across her own views and ideas. There is an imbalance.

Hmm.. I really don’t like this interviewer very much. She seems way too full of herself, pretty unctuous, rather ingratiating and constantly placing the attention on herself and her own personal (indifferent) life - when in fact it should all be about Rachel Weisz and Rachel Weisz alone! It’s like “Look at me! Hear me! I know so much about everything I talk about.” To me it’s pretty obvious that this interviewer really loves the sound of her own voice and her own ‘enormous’ knowledge about everything. Poor Rachel only spoke like 25% of the time.

What a terrible interview. Rachel Weisz is lovely and gracious as always but she can barely get a word in. All this interviewer wants to talk about is her view on Rachel parts and how they touched her or what they meant to her. And to constantly point out, how many of her movies are not known to the audience. And how The Mummy, is the movie that made the most money, but she implies it has no where near as much substance as her lesser known films. Way to underestimate your audience and way to insult her work.

Trine Koustrup Mikkelsen yes! And You can tell her pretentious wording is making Rachel Weisz unsure of her own wording of things. As if she is not being articulate enough when she is doing a great job. I don't know I've seen several of these interviews and I really like most of them I like that they spend so much time talking to them and hearing what they have to say. This woman had no interest in that she just wanted to hear what Rachel Weisz had to say regarding other actors that this woman admired. And even then she spoke over her.

I believe Rachel is newly pregnant here, so the Prof's condescension must have been extra exhausting. The Professor/interviewer was well prepared, but... the irritation she created is underscored by how her Academic-Bohemian doesn't work for her, she's an attractive woman. Just needs a plain black pantsuit with white blouse. Ditch those earrings. Understatement is elegance. Rachel is dressed in respectful attire. Loved her answer about identity, and all her patient positive answers. Why is Prof questioning the hiring of the Brazilian director or making comments of small gross box office, quite rude? Rachel is not one of her students. May never watch '92Y if this interviewer dominates by pontificating, again.

The Jewish bible calls homosexuality perverse, and a blasphemy, yet Ms. Weisz chooses "disobedience'" , while still reveling in her Jewishness. She could have chosen so many other, much more uplifting topics, but no, no, no. I am tired of sensationalism,. that is then called the ultimate in art.
