👍 I consider it very important at that point of construction that a visual and explanatory guide inside the house is conducted so one can see what is behind the walls giving you the oportunity to raise any concerns that can be discussed giving peace of mind that the house has been built with quality materials and nothing is hidden away from the buyer's sight . This transparency puts Redrow ahead of other construction companies and helps gain trust. Considering my husband and I buying a new house, this video helps.

This isn’t unique to Redrow. Taylor Wimpey also do the first fix visits which are invaluable too 😊 I think most of the better house builders do now as part of their standard process.
