Last Sunday we learned after Christ defeats the devil, destroys death, and damns the deniers in the lake of fire forever, God will make everything new. He will make a new heaven and a new earth. In that new world, Christ will usher humanity into eternity to experience eternal peace, prosperity, and perfection. What would that look like? Many have tried to paint a picture of eternity with Christ. Our text today Rev 21:9-22:5 gives us an exclusive look into eternity and reveals three truths about our life in eternity:
1. We will be in the dwelling place of God forever (21:9-21).
2. We will be under the direct protection of God forever (21:22-27).
3. We will be in the divine presence of God forever (22:1-5).
