I bought this item in April 2024 and now it can't be used anymore. The battery can't be recharged, the power button doesn't respond anymore even though I rarely use it and only occasionally to clean my telescope lens and thermal optics. I tried to contact the nitecore distributor in Indonesia but the answer was very disappointing, they only give a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. Their answer was "we cannot monitor consumer usage" ... very confusing even though I asked how to file a warranty claim if damage occurs like what I experienced. I have to think 2-3 times about buying other nitecore products if the distributor in Indonesia only gives a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

how loud is this in decibels in turbo? will i need hearing protection while using this? the bb2 in turbo is extremely loud.
