The split jersey game with AJ Hawk and Brady Quinn! So many awesome players and personalities on in this game too, Samadzija, Schlegel, and of course General Bobby Carpenter! This OSU team had nearly beaten Vince Young and the eventual champs Texas in a shootout at the Horseshoe, while Notre Dame had nearly beaten Matt Leinart, Reggie Bush and the defending champs USC, both these teams were close to being in that Rose Bowl title game themselves

This game was in HD at the time, pretty sure it’s even been on KZbin in HD at times, but NFL Throwback only has access to an SD version of the game from ESPN Classic which is why you see all the “we’ve moved ahead” overlays
