Thank you for beating this team. I'm a mediocre console player and got matched against them earlier today. They brought same builds and a MacMillan bone offering. They were hard gen rushing. I got 3 hooks and 4 outed and they were teabagging the entire time. SWF and 2nd chance perks hard carry so bad. That Steve and Haddie weren't even good at all but you can't outskill them and punish them because of all the 2nd chance perks. It's ridiculous. I made a note of the player names so I can just dodge in the future. Matchmaking in the game is so ass

I faced an efficient 3 man the other day. Super safe plays and lightning fast gens. The game was over in just over 5 minutes. They were nice though. I was expecting the usual exhausting end game chat 😂

I think stacked SWFs personally are the bane of DBD. Especially on comms - the difficulty becomes exponential with the strongest meta perks (and syringes) on top of being able to talk to each other at any minute. It's like if a college team brought all their most expensive gear and playbooks to a fuckin' scrimmage game at the public park. Like... I guess but it's beyond cringe to me. * cue the complaints about NOED *

I will and always think that DBD should be more balanced towards to swf, then soloq. Saying someone who has gone though soloq hell and am not saying soloq shouldn't have quality of life. But DBD proves more and more that this game just should be balanced towards swf.

@@soloyapper769 SWF really brings a paradox to game balancing. A perk that could be moderately beneficial to improving soloq is detrimental in the hands of an organized squad with a pre-strat set up. In this recent case Shoulder the Burden.

Shoulder the burden can only be used a max 4 times, that's hardly infinite. It can be used once per player.

Thats still extremely good, especially if you need to get someone out due to a super efficient swf on comms being extremely oppressive in the current meta. All it takes is them taking turns to stop you from going for their weak link, forcing you to enter chase with a sweat lord with their ultra meta 2nd chance loadout for chasing. Its oppressive and bhvr does nothing to combat it.

Dbd is very time sensitive at high mmr. Even if shoulder is limited by 4 uses, that still wastes a shit load of time on the killer.

@@thedreamer5049 All of those second chance perks don't work if you just don't tunnel and bring gen slowdown that works in no tunnel playstyle (Grim Embrace and Pain Res) lol. I fought people using those perks but since I don't bother with slugging or tunneling I don't even realise they have it most of the time, unless someone with DS throws themselves at me and want to get tunneled, which I sometimes fall into the trap.

How ironic. Both sides complain about the same thing every time. On the killer side: too many second chance perks, “gen rush”, "SWF". On the survivors' side: Tunneling, slugging, too many gen defenses. Of course, it's always frustrating to play against the same Perks and Maps. It also gets very boring and monotonous after a while. But since it's just one game, you should take a more relaxed approach. This is now the fourth video I've watched of his. Unfortunately for me he has a bad mindset. Just complaining in the video is not fun for me to watch. That's why I won't be watching his videos in future. Nevertheless, I wish him every success as a KZbinr. Ps. English is not my native language. I still hope that everything is written understandably.

Yeah I liked some of his videos but complaining while the survivors played with no perks because all he had to do is to not tunnel and 4 man slug, in a match that he WON is hilarious to me. The only wins that count are the ones where you tunnel solo queue?

This kind of gameplay shows why survivor is stronger and perks like decisive, shoulder the burden and other perks should not exist for survivor at this mmr but then survivor mains use the "but killer is stronger then survivor" but they don't realise that the strong killer argument is talking about low mmr. It's just fucked that in DBD facts don't matter over feelings.

I’m starting to see STB more and more at high mmr, teams are starting to realize the value of straight up denying a kill with negligible counter play. Literally puts you in an unwinnable situation at times, as this would have been if they hadn’t been killed by altruism.

Tbh gen rushes like this seems like subtle cheats. It's definitely a thing. I can tell the diff between legit gen-rushes from crutch gen perks and survivor positioning, and whatever the hell this was that made no sense with gen #3 and 4 popping like that.

I exposed an anon Feng who stunned me with Head on and also was having background player but in end game lobby she had none of those perks. So yeah gen cheats could go crazy and you won't even know it

Gen 3 took like 3 minutes and gen 4 was already partially done and still took 60 seconds from gen 3. That’s reasonable given he never kicked main and chose to slug someone there instead of hook further away. He also focused hard on the first chase with dwight and steve leaving the other two to do gens and yet it still took a little over 2 minutes for the first gen to get done. Even the last gen was done in a reasonable time (2 minutes after the 4th) with everyone hovering around the corner it was in.

The only time being good with a killer against a team like this is with nurse or blight unfortunately. Strong teams will make even a god tier weaker killer look like a baby killer. You cant compete with these top tier teams while playing fair!

The reason people bring those perks is because they should have been base kit like borrowed time to discourage toxic playstyles, while buffing killers to make up for it so they are still as deadly when not playing like assholes. That's like playing a FPS game where corner camping is encouraged, or a fighting game where the meta is to win by time outs. The reason this game still has players is because killers refuse to tunnel, if they tunneled every single game from casual to tryhard level the playerbase would be at 1/4 of what it is now, and those kill rates would go up as well, don't even try to deny this, a new player would not bother with more than 3 matches if they got tunneled every single one.

​@@plasmocitythe softcap is easy to reach bro. Even a casual who plays one side just from time to time will reach that softcap fairly quickly. Anyone who plays this as their main game is above softcap on both roles. Anyone who plays seriously and wants to win is at top mmr easily.
