An historic final video of Kaicho Jon Bluming (6th August 2018).

I have decided to share this video of Kaicho Jon Bluming, where he lays out his plans for the future of Kyokushin Budōkai and the International Budō Kaikan. His ill health is evident, but he showed iron resolve in laying out his wishes. Within four short months he had died.
I wish to extend my apologies to Lena Madsen, who was there, but uncredited in the video.

I'm disappointed by this reply. I've known about you for years, but never had the pleasure of meeting you. Your reply lacked the depth I expected. We were asked over for the meeting by Kaicho. We paid for all our travel ourselves, and our accommodation. Why? Because it was Kaicho and it was important to him. Manipulated? I worked with stroke victims for two years as a care manager, and fully understand the changes that Kaicho had experienced. Further, Albertine was at Kaicho's side the whole time. If you watch you her, you will see her doing what is called 'active listening', where she is nodding her head ageeing with what we were saying. This was five years ago. And since then the All-Round Fighting section had flourished. We have large camps, beautiful certification that honours Kaicho, and from myself, the only book specifically linked to Kyokushin Budōkai published and ranked in Amazon's top ten in martial arts. There will always be people who will rationalise why they weren't there, or why they weren't mentioned by Kaicho in the video. Perhaps that's why it is causing some people hurt. It's easier to try to create some sinister plot knowing that then there will never be enough proof. Papers? Tricked into it! Emails? Forged! Here is actual video proof of the direction Kaicho wanted his Kyokushin Budōkai to move forward. Then he was manipulated! This kind of thinking reminds me of 'flat earther' mentality, objective proof will always be superseded by subjective reality. It's like watching a dog barking in an alleyway, and answering it's own echo with a bark. It will go on forever and serves no purpose.
