This spoke to me, I needed a break after my marathon. I'm having a blast at the gym and not feeling like I have to schedule my life around it like with running...and I'm just a regular nobody

it is a hard lifestyle to live. All in or get out there are lifestyles that some just do not want to do. I had a different career choice that I choose not to do, due to the lifestyle it would require. hey you two...nice to see the smiles... :)

When you said no excuses I felt that because on my schools cross country shirts this year on the back it said no excuses so every time you complain about something somebody in the school would say no excuses to you

love u! Please make a video about speed and being confident to take a break and losing it! I feel like it would help so many people and myself too! I am always worried I’ll be the worst running with taking 2 weeks off to heal shin splints (agin in 3 months) thanks Emma!💕

Your first ironman is not going to be at a very high level. I am an all or nothing person as well and my first full ironman was all about finishing and surviving. With your personal athletic abilities you will do well as long as you focus on the mental piece.

lulolancey Your last sentence is one hell of a statement. Care to elaborate?
@dannyballz19874 жыл бұрын
I agree that overly long distances like marathons and up can take years if done too often but that's everything right. Benching 400 lbs squatting 600lbs on a regular isn't healthy either. Ideally you should have decent level of strength and conditioning to carry you through old age
@HawkSAR934 жыл бұрын
lulolancey what? This is such an extreme statement

Hey Emma is Steven back in L.A.? Maybe you should hook up with him for a video before you head on back to Oregon. Who knows. Sparks might fly.
