They have a certain point in trading that they’ll accept and they don’t look at mortgaged properties the way we do, so you can trade them a mortgaged property and they take it and pay you for it and then pay off the mortgage and you can repeat the cycle and they’ll end up with nothing

As someone who has played a *lot* of Monopoly Plus, the single-best piece of advice I could give the grumps is to *not* set the AI to Hard. It is a *huge* leap in difficulty from Normal to Hard. In my experience, Very Easy and Easy AI play like people who are new to the game (maybe they've played a few times, maybe this is their first go). Normal is like going up against someone who's relatively experienced (they're not amazing, but they know the game and they can hold their own no sweat). Hard is like playing against a die-hard Monopoly champ who's also hacked into the game to ensure their victory. And I'm not even exaggerating that much- the Hard AI is programmed to know *literally* everything there is to know about playing (and winning) Monopoly. So while Hard isn't unbeatable, you have to be *really* good and *really* know your stuff if you want to beat 'em. So combine that level of difficulty with the Grumps' erratic and inconsistent playstyles and what remains is one simple truth: if they keep setting the AI to Hard, they will never win another game of Monopoly. Plus using House Rules always ups the difficulty anyway, so it's really just a recipe for their defeat no matter what. I'd suggest going up against two AI opponents on Normal. It'd still be a challenge but one the Grumps could actually overcome. P.S. And, yes, just like the Grumps guessed, going up against two Hard AIs *is* easier than facing one Hard and one Easy. Nine times out of ten the Easy player will just feed into the Hard one throughout the game.

Arin should of just declared bankruptcy and give everthing to Dan when he landed on that orange property. They would of being in a better position than when Dan did it

I like how every time they play with the hard level ai, and every time they are terrified at how monstrous the hard level AI is to them. Every time Arin underestimates the AI. Dan has even recognized this pattern, but still goes along with it. Either Dan is too nice to actually put his foot down and stop it from happening, or it's a purposeful bit they're doing with way too hard ai for their skill level.

The thrill of it wouldn't be seeing them react to the trials, or the deaths. It would be seeing their reactions to what happens to the people they interact with in the down time. The game kind of railroads you into dating Sayaka in the beginning. And something tells me they would spend a lot of time with Sakura. But let's face it... we're waiting to see the thumbnails with Arin as Makoto and Danny as Yasuhiro.

rotparoge makes a risky play that pays off putting Kevina at a disadvantage giving Arin the false hope he needs to continue playing...Kevina hits free parking unloading real estate hell upon the board...rotparoge is immediately slapped with $800 rent payment while Player 2 sits in jail as a mere onlooker...I glance down at the title "An Ill-Fated End" followed by the timestamp of only 7:15 in a 34 minute episode...I am filled with joy and decide I could watch this forever.
