Just remember- choosing to forgive does not mean you have to let your boundaries down or allow the person/people you forgive access back into your life. It doesn't mean you won't continue to just live your life without them... it doesn't mean you have to even talk to them ever again. I've learned ppl are only sorry when they realize they're about to face legal consequences
