Als zij dan eenmaal in dienst is veranderd zij langzaam in een echte KLM’er die collega’s in een overall niet groeten. Op een enkeling na doen de meesten dat niet. Mensen, geloof die blauwe familie onzin niet!

Leuke video. Ik vlieg zo'n 80 vluchten per jaar, maar steeds met Oneworld. Door omstandigheden boekte ik een tijd geleden een vlucht met KLM naar Turijn. Dit is me bijzonder goed bevallen. Ze hebben toch nog net dat ietsje meer. Aanbevolen.

Vanmiddag deze klasse gevlogen van Amsterdam naar Atlanta, en ik ben fan. In tijden niet zo goed gegeten in een vliegtuig en de ruimte die je hebt is ook erg goed. Als de stoel niet naar achteren staat is het wel erg rechtop, maar gelukkig is dat maar een klein deel van de vlucht.

I swear Brandon was a flight attendant on my flight to Amsterdam on a 737-800 in June 2022! If it wasn't, they sure look alike. I know he said he joined "this year" but this may have been filmed in 2022? Also, KLM flight attendants are ACTUAL angels from heaven.

Poor Subject: Disappointing Experience on Amsterdam to Naples Flight I recently traveled with my dad on a KLM flight from Amsterdam to Naples, and unfortunately, our experience left much to be desired. The air conditioning on the plane was a constant issue, oscillating between extremely high and super cold after passenger complaints. Amidst this discomfort, my dad had a health incident in the bathroom, fainting and spraining his ankle. To make matters worse, the response from the cabin crew was disappointing. When my dad emerged from the restroom, the hostess offered no assistance. Despite our requests for sugar and basic aid to help my dad recover, there was no first aid available, and no attempt to seek medical help on the plane. Feeling abandoned by the staff, we had to request a wheelchair and an ambulance ourselves. The lack of support and care on this flight left us with a sense of being treated like strangers rather than valued passengers. I hope KLM takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues for the well-being of their passengers in the future.

Didn't have the best experience with KLM the other day. Crew were not on top of the cabin and the captain sounded as if he was totally uninterested during his two announcements. Okay it was a night flight with the obvious limitations that brings but simply the product on offer was well below the standards expected of the airline.

A KLM flight attendant told me that it's normal that KLM passengers need to endure water dripping on them. KLM customer service never corrected her and both me and dozends of other KLM customers on Facebook will not receive any reply from KLM. So: when will KLM have a better customer servcie than Ryanair?

@@samboudarboe1776 I can give you 50+ examples of KLM being on Ryanair level - or worse. For example: not responding within 3 months, having water dripp on you for more than an hour in flight, lost/delayed/damaged bags, flight insurance that doesn't cover flight delays/cancellations, booking cancellations without notification (or reason), booking cancellation after personal written confirmation, not being available on the phone for more than an 1 hr (on a normal day), something broken on every KLM 787 flight (seats, window, entertainment program, water dripping on you), cancelling frequent flyer miles without notification, etc., etc.

​@@samboudarboe1776 Water dripping on me during a KLM trans-Atlantic flight while KLM flight attendants and KLM customer service ignores it, is the problem of the airport. Really? Here's another example: I've been on more than 1,500 flights. Out of 1,500 flights, I had 4 flight reservations cancelled without notification after booking confirmation. That is about 0.25%. This normally doesn't happen. Now, guess what airline cancelled these 4 bookings..... Of course, it was the airports fault....

Ik vind de stoelen geen goede keuze, hadden beter stoelen in een schaal kunne kiezen,dat houd in dat je de rugleuning van de stoel de gehele reis naar achteren kan laten zonder dat de passagier achter je er last van heb ,die merkt daar niets van want de stoel beweegt in een vaststaandschaal. Air france maakt gebruik van die stoelen in de premium economie
