yea we need a plan ...a child wen born should be taught hand craft n smelting...which is funny enough not in school...so informal schools which do the above mention is a must....have n ultinative to formal education

10 year term doesnt matter...as long as some1 is leading right its ok...i dont have a prob wit Mugabe....i think families shud start working towards owning and allowing their children to smelt, finish products, market n learn to trade jus from young age and take control
