Bottom line: longs have been killed and shorts have been winners. We burned through our cash and found it better to dilute than pay usury bond rates. No guidance can be provided, expect more dilution in the future. Reverse split is on the table if we bleed off this latest cash without an operating profit.

Roth capital is not a bank. Bank have circuit breakers and won't give loans (most times) to shady people. Roth will do that, they set up funding more favorable to them and know they will get paid, even if it breaks the company.

Martin sounds legit and the concepts of FNGR motion company's projects make sense but...I don't think the new Trump/SEC/DOJ/House committee team is going to put FNGR very high on their list of shorted companies to investigate and apply pressure to the shorts. Probably DJT, MMTLP AND others will be favored over FNGR which does business with the Chinese government.

Hi there - probably not what everyone wants to hear and i might add i sincerely hope to be wrong.....but im not sure whats positive about literally cratering the stock? - why was the stock sold so cheap -thats the bit i dont understand when the sale was made at 1.50 ish or whatever it was and the price at the time was hovering around the 2 - 2.20 mark....
