We discussed the study of interpretation and the new The Laws of Australia book, Interpretation and Use of Legal sources- The Laws of Australia which was described by Michael Kirby as "the key that unlocks the door to the meaning of law".

Another night of sleep with guilt, guilt that I didn’t do enough to keep a man in jail for murdering my mother and 3-year-old sister. Wondering why I didn’t get the chance to have my say on releasing this man who only spent less than 20 years jail. The other month I saw a picture of him with his parents celebrating his 60th birthday, I see his joy standing next to his proud parents and the smiles on all their faces, they should have been me with my mother and sister but no it’s the man who got away with murder. You think you had it tough been a gay lawyer and then a gay judge, and the speculation of what others think of you? How bout being an orphan 4 weeks before your 21st birthday, how bout going to their funeral, how bout the reporters talking to you about how you feel and the glee on their faces when they see you sad? You have given me this nightmare, I am in hell for something I did not do, can I take this anymore or should I give you another victim? I should end this life because there is no justice anymore. Thank you for my hell.

If you really want to see how this man works, look at his Judicial rulings. I mean an Insurance Litigation specialists who has never had a family of his own has no idea what criminals are like and well clearly I feel he deosnt have empathy. I just wished this was US law, at least i could sleep at night.

United Nations treaties are not “Law” nor are they binding on anyone or any country unless as in the case of Australia the electors have so decided by way of a Referendum to accept those treaties! Even the Australia Act 1986 is unconstitutional as it is an attempt to circumvent the framework of our true Constitution of the Commonwealth of Australia 1901.

Binding law is not the only law that exists
